Introducing Rose & Caramel Academy...

Rose and caramel academy is a soundly developed project that has naturally evolved through the 18 year journey of Bolton beauty brand Rose & Caramel. 

At Rose and caramel we understand the needs of students, as a group of women who have ourselves once been at a crossroads of what we want to do in our lives we have come together and created a safe space for young adults to learn skills within hair and beauty that will enhance their opportunities of a happy employable future whilst mindfully encouraging inter personal and behavioural skills that will be masked within daily learning to build confidence and create stability.


OUR VISION

Our vision is to provide guidance and safety to students who may feel vulnerable or not feel comfortable within a traditional educational environment. The alternative learning we are able to provide is to the highest standard with extremely skilled and caring professionals who have worked for years within the hair and beauty sector, as well as creating humans that are filled with passion and purpose - a key point that will always be at the heart of the academy.

Each student will be treated according their needs and encouraged to find a pathway that brings out the best of their skill set, we are keen to push boundaries and create well mannered, kind and knowledgable students that can go forward intro higher education with the skills and qualifications gained within their time with R&C Academy.

PATHWAY TO HIGHER EDUCATION

Each student will attend for an 16 week term of either hair or beauty (they will be able to do both terms if this is what the school and pupil desires) and have the opportunity to gain the acknowledged qualification entry to level 3. This will ensure with this qualification the student can go straight into higher education and not have to attend an extra year learning before attending college. Rose & Caramel academy will also provide higher learning of NVQ level one and level 2 hair and beauty for any students who would like to continue the pathway into a career within the hair and beauty sector.
